Sea Freight and Air freight clearance at Dubai International Airport
- For SEA FREIGHT Shipments we require an original Bill of Lading, Original Invoice and Original Packing list, and Certificate of Origin. These documents must be sent to us at least three working days prior to shipment arrival to Dubai.
- For AIR FREIGHT Shipment We require Original AWB, Original Invoice, and Original packing list to accompany the shipment. We require one working day prior to the arrival of cargo at Dubai Airport the AWB, Invoice, and Packing list to be sent to operations@shark-intl.com for further coordination with the relevant terminal for DO collection and clearance, etc.
Note : All Shipment airports of destination should be Dubai or Fujairah International Airport
- All Shipments should arrive at least 1 – 2 days before the vessel arrives, otherwise, express handling charges will be applicable. For Sea Freight, LCL (Loose) cargo the cargo must be here at least 3 working days before the vessel arrival.
- All kinds of Communication Equipment & Electronics & DGR cargo are subjected to approval from the concerned Ministry and Customs official. So any additional costs incurred due to inspection and Ministry approval & subsequent documentation will be charged back. Normally it takes 3 working days to clear DGR.
- All shipments inbound Air & Sea needs Original AWB & Original B/L or Seaway Bill, Pro-forma Invoice, and Packing list. Shark International Shipping LLC is not liable for not clearing such shipments without necessary documents.
- Any Shipment containing Medicine will be detained at Dubai International Airport and sent back to Origin as per the Dubai Ministry Of Health (MOH). So do not send any Medicine and the same should be purchased from the Local Market.

The open warehouse being speculated at both Fujairah and Khorfakkan Ports, otherwise deemed warehouse being formed to store the ships spares and other stuff based on the principal requirement as well.
